Is the POS app really free?
Yes. Install it on as many iPads, iPhones and Android devices as you like, at no cost. The licence is for the backend, charged per user.
What happens when the internet goes down?
You keep selling. The catalogue is cached on the device and sales queue locally up to a limit you set. When the connection returns everything settles and syncs on its own.
Does this replace our ERP?
No, and it is not trying to. Your ERP stays the source of truth for items, customers and finance. usellit is the counter, and it hands everything straight back.
Can the AI change a price or issue a refund on its own?
No. Pricing and promotions are calculated by a deterministic engine. Anything that moves money comes back as a proposal that a person with the right role has to tap.
Where does our data actually sit?
In your own tenant, isolated from every other business, with transactions kept immutably so they can be audited or replayed. Card details never reach our servers at all.
We use an ERP that is not NetSuite.
